President Wavel Ramkalawan as the Commander-In-Chief of the Seychelles Defence Forces (SDF) was formally presented with a copy of the SDF Annual Report for the year 2021.

The Defence Annual Report 2021 was presented by Brigadier Michael Rosette which summarises all key actions and activities of the SDF as well as key recommendations to be implemented for the way forward.

The President availed of the opportunity to congratulate the SDF for their hard work throughout the year and that despite numerous challenges they continue to persevere in fulfilling their mandate to the serve the nation.

The military delegation present also briefed the Commander-in-Chief of current projects and events as well upcoming being undertaken by the various forces.

Brigadier Rosette was accompanied to State House by the commander of the Seychelles Coast Guard (SCG), Lieutenant Colonel Jean Attala, SDF Land Force Commander, Lieutenant Colonel Michael Hollanda and Major Rodney Zarine, Commanding Officer Seychelles Air Force.
