Margaret Bonne was born on 30th May 1980.
Ms. Bonne undertook her primary at the Mont Fleuri and Baie Lazare schools, followed by her secondary education at the Anse Boileau school. Upon completion of her O Level studies, she then joined the Seychelles Polytechnic in 1999 where she followed a Diploma in Secretarial Studies. She holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Charles Telfair Institute, Mauritius. She also holds a Diploma in Labour Studies from The Guy Morel Institute (2015) and a Master in Business Administration ( MBA) from the University of Seychelles – University of West Scotland (2020).
Margaret has 10 years of experience in leading human resources and administration operations. She is well-versed in employment laws, benefits program management, developing and motivating employees.
Ms. Bonne started her career as a Human Resources Manager with the Social Security Fund in 2010. She then worked with the Agency for Social Protection from March 2012 to August 2015 as a Director of Human Resources & Administration. In 2015, she was promoted as the Deputy CEO of the Agency.
She joined the Office of the President as the Director General – Human Resources, Budget Management, and Administration. A post she holds until to date.
