The President of the Republic, Mr Danny Faure, officially opened the Le Domaine Housing Estate at Au Cap yesterday afternoon. The President was accompanied by the Minister for Family Affairs, Mrs Mitcy Larue, and unveiled the plaque to officially declare the estate open.
Le Domaine Housing Estate is another project which forms part of the 24 projects in 24 districts. The 24 units at Le Domaine Housing Estate consist of 8 two bedroom units and 16 three-bedroom units. Construction work by Sai-Fu Enterprise for the Housing Estate started in January 2018 and following a work duration of 2 years, the total cost amounts to 19.2 million rupees.
Residents who received the keys to their new homes through this allocation of 24 units at Au Cap are priority applicants selected by the Housing Points system.
