President Danny Faure has expressed his condolences to the family of Mr Walter Talma, who passed away today.  Mr Talma, who had been a USAID Coordinator for COMESA, and based in Zambia, was on a working mission in Seychelles this week, and had left Seychelles on Thursday evening to return to Zambia.

Mr Talma, who was aged 56, had served as Principal Secretary and later Special Advisor of Fisheries and Agriculture in the Government of Seychelles before he left to work for COMESA in 2010
