President Danny Faure has announced the appointment of the Board Members of the Enterprise Seychelles Agency, which takes effect from 5th of August, 2018, for a period of three years, in accordance with the Enterprise Seychelles Agency Act, 2018.

The Board will be chaired by Ms Brenda Bastienne and the Vice-Chairperson is Mr Jose St Ange. The other Members of the Board are Ms Angelique Antat, Ms Marie-Celine Zialor, Mr Andy Ally, Mr Nigel Payet and Ms Josette Weber.

The Enterprise Seychelles Agency replaces the Small Enterprise Promotion Agency (SEnPA). Its function is to provide to the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) with the necessary services and support for start-up services including needs analysis, business, legal advice, and aftercare. It will also assist the entrepreneurs to better plan their businesses for financial viability and to encourage the sale of locally made products in the domestic and export markets. The Agency will also facilitate provision of training, promotion and marketing services to MSME’s.
