President Danny Faure has appointed Mr Kishnan Labonte as the new Chief Executive Officer of the National Drug Enforcement Agency (NDEA).
Mr Labonte has over 37 years of work experience in the Criminal Justice System with a Degree in Law. He replaces Mr Niall Scully.
President Faure has also appointed Mr Ted Barbe and Mr Romano Songor as new Assistants to the CEO of the NDEA.
Mr Barbe is a Chevening Scholarship Graduate with a Master’s in Criminology and Criminal Justice and 20 years of experience working with the Seychelles Police Force.
Mr Romano Songor has 15 years of experience working with the Seychelles Police Force and is also a Chevening Scholarship Graduate in International Leadership & Management.
The appointments take effect as of 1st March 2017.
