Vice President Danny Faure has left the country to represent the Head of State, President James Alix Michel at the 22nd Ordinary Session of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the African Union, scheduled to take place from 30 – 31 January 2014 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The Vice President is accompanied by the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Jean-Paul Adam, the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Barry Faure, the Seychelles Ambassador to Ethiopia and Seychelles Permanent Representative to the African Union, Mr. Joseph Nourrice and the Principal Secretary for the Vice-President's Secretariat, Mrs. Jeanne Siméon.
