As you mark the end of the holy month of Ramadan, a time of fasting, prayer, and reflection, let us celebrate the values of compassion, unity, and generosity that this sacred period represents. Your unwavering faith and dedication to acts of kindness and charity continue to enrich our nation, reinforcing the principles of peace, solidarity, and mutual respect that define our Seychellois identity.
Eid is a time of togetherness, gratitude, and sharing with those in need. In this spirit, I encourage all citizens to embrace the message of Eid – one of hope, reconciliation, and love for our neighbors. Let us continue to strengthen the bonds that unite us as one people, regardless of our religious backgrounds.
