The Vice-President of the Republic of Seychelles, Mr. Ahmed Afif, is set to represent the President of the Republic, Mr. Wavel Ramkalawan in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia at the upcoming African Union Summit.

The 36th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of  Heads of State and Government of the African Union is scheduled for the 18^th  to 19^th February 2023 and is the AU's supreme policy and decision-making organ.

The Vice-President will depart the country this evening, Friday 17^th  February.
